You said risk, do you think there’s a higher risk with vacation rentals vs just renting to a single renter? @Jeffrey Bower

I’m actually in Orlando now, I’ve looked at a few vacation rental properties near Disney. Does anyone have any experience in this area?

Hi, my name is L. Payton mother of a 3 year old originally out of Philadelphia. I now own a Logistics company but looking to get into real estate. My question is should I start small in the beginning or does it make sense to go for the bigger deal. If I’m able to purchase multiple doors on the first deal does it make more sense to do that or still start small?
