@Diala Taneeb Thanks for that quick tip and also for the motivation, and your right " bigger pockets was a great idea because if I keep running into people like you that's all about helping the only way I would fail is because of myself .

@Douglas  Skipworth Thanks I'm loving bigger pockets so far you all are so helpful . I will note that date in my calendar and I will try my best to make it there. I also will be attending the Memphis club named "MIG" on 4/14/16 I'm excited to see what goes on at these meetings .

Thanks for the quick reply. I am beginning my journey in this business and I really think it would go much smoother if I had a mentor or if I could shadow someone with much more experience. I am 26 years old and I am willing to get out there and put the work in for the results. I been looking into wholesaling is there anyone that you have in mind in the Memphis market.

I really need help. I am a Memphis newbie investor and I need a little guidance on my journey . If there is anyone in my market or outside my market that could help me I would really appreciate it.
