thanks for the welcome, either name is fine by me. A little bit about me huh?...well i work in strategy and planning at a large automotive firm and I am into the stock market and always trying to learn more. Real estate has always been an interest of mine ,bought my first condo 1.5 yrs ago and I think I found a solid deal and really enjoyed understanding the local market. I've always had an interest in renting properties to produce cashflow for myself but I will admit i've lost a bit of focus what w/ the long work hours and all. :violin:

I am always trying to be a better financial analyst and analyzing real estate is key to my understanding and eventual participation in REI.

Enough about me, how about you?

New member here, been following your site for a while now and it seems like there are a lot of smart people w/ interesting ideas here. Looking forward to attending more seminars in Chicago and learning how to get going. Biggest issue right now is understanding how to access capital and how to properly analyze properties. Nice to meet you all
