My name is Lovell Jones and I’ve been exploring the possibilities of real estate and I’m slowly but surely easing my way into informed pessimism, lol. My current situation is I want to get into real estate but don’t know if I should go whole sale, agent, investor? I was about to try to get my license but a wholesaler told me your abilities in RE are limited once you do so. I was considering being an agent because it would put me in the community, while potentially honing my skills and relationships while earning a solid income to invest pending my results. But I also have 45k hard cash and would be a first time home buyer and I’m exploring possibilities with new development investing and just other possibilities to make that 45k grow and recur. I know this is pretty vague but I’m sure I’ll get better information from your experience than my uninformed assumptions.
