Can someone recommend a good reputable company that holds SDIRAs? I'm looking to roll my Roth IRA over to a SDIRA and Fidelity does not (where I have my Roth).

Hi all, how does one tell if the area you're looking to buy is either A, B, C or D?

Also, what if the neighborhood is mixed, i.e., nice single family homes with some outliers nearby (low income duplexes)?
