What platform do you use to collect rent? What do you think about Zillow Rental Manager? Zillow is apparently free for landlords and charges renters a small fee if they pay by debit/credit card. It is free if they pay with ACH. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

I bought a fixer upper in Houston, which will eventually be a rental..where do you go in Houston to buy flooring, bathroom material, fixtures, etc at a wholesale price? Any advice would be appreciated.
