I'm a rookie investor ( I currently have 2 LTRs)  and was hoping someone had any good market analysis tools they could share? Im looking for low price areas in other states to purchase a multi unit and I've just subscribed to Neighborhood Scout and It has an amazing wealth of information but was wondering if anyone had any tips for its use as I'm finding it a little confusing? Thanks in advance:) Laura   

I have one bank account per property and have Automatic payment transfers for my monthly payment and my renters use Zelle to transfer their monthly rent to that specific account-I have one bank card for each account and property so that i only attribute payments for maintaining that property and all is organized as much as possible. No intermingling as of yet and so far-its worked.
