that sound like you make it 3 units but only have 4 units or more that help cash flow easy , that even not cash it be check payment that my ideal to used it because lose all money fly it out of it oop ! Man Bob get normal 4 units that make me think limited an even more of the mortgage in my area I see it am try to out of it REI on my own it and Iam disjointed could't move it ungentle fined it good luck Bob!
