Hey BP Community! I’m new to investing and looking to get into multifamily. I’m re-reading “The Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book” by Joe Fairless and Theo Hicks and working on identifying my target market. I’m having trouble finding the demographic and economic information based on where the book says to look (Census.gov data tables) and was wondering if any more experienced investors knew of better sources to find the necessary data to analyze markets?

Any info/help would be greatly appreciated.
