At the moment we're managing a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Perth, WA. Subletting the rooms for maximum ROI.

I’m really interested to know other peoples systems to keep yourself organised, sane and have a less stressed environment.

Hey BP community. First post on here, we just started renting out a house than renting out the rooms to put a foot in the door of REI. We're screening potential tenants at the moment, what are common or thorough questions to them? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
