Well, here we are in 2016, and B2R now has "Dwell Financing."  They offered me a package B2R loan last year (I was unable to move forward due to my husband's illness.)

Now (today) when I talked to them, I was told that they don't do lending in Idaho!  Anyone else have more current news/results from B2R or Dwell?

Hi Robin - did you decide to work with these folks, or not?  I've recently found out about their homes for sale, with non-recourse financing, but would like to know more about them before I take the plunge.

Thanks, Erin

Hi everyone - we had a webinar on refinancing rental properties a couple of weeks ago, and I missed it (oops!).  Do we have a replay, and can someone tell me how to get to it?

Any and all help welcome - hope you all had a great holiday!

Thanks,

Yes, thanks Steven - I'm actually looking for a spreadsheet or written worksheet for calculating all costs upon sale, like mortgage payoff, prorations, property taxes, cap gains, etc.  Sort of like a "net sheet" that a realtor would give you when you're evaluating an offer (except for calculating tax items too, of course.)

I do appreciate your response - thanks!

I've been an investor for 17 years, and haven't sold any properties (well, a couple, but that was rent-to-own and they haven't cashed me out yet).  I'm considering a sale, and part of that process is to calculate my net return - including the tax burden.

I know I have to add depreciation back in, but I'm wondering if there's a worksheet out here that I can use to make sure I'm remembering everything.  I'm sure there is, just don't know where to find it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction, please?

Thanks!

Looking further, I found what I was looking for so I don't need help.  But I'm excited to start interacting with the group more closely!

Thanks!

Hi - hope this is the right place to ask this question!  I just joined PRO, and one of the bonuses was a book? a webinar? or something with the title above.  I've been doing some tax and retirement planning, and when I heard about this, I jumped at the chance to get it!

I've got the links to the other bonuses, but can't find this one anywhere - can someone direct me, please?

Thanks,

Erin Dillon

Post: Need a real estate atty in Boise, Idaho

Live long enough and you'll get sued.  My issue is regarding competency on the part of the seller - after 4 years of a 9 year seller-finance contract, she wanted to be bought out.  I worked with her to do that.  Now there's an attorney who says she's incompetent and the contract is invalid.

Know any good RE atty's in Boise?

Thanks!
