Laura, thank you for the response. I’ve picked up a few books on wholesaling since this post and in the midst of tax season I’m trying to plan ahead. How much would you realistically expect a newbie to spend on marketing per month? What has been the most effective marketing strategy for you? 

Also, wow! 30 years! I would love the chance to call you if we could schedule something after tax season?

Hello BP investors. I am ready to learn the wholesaling game. I’m in southeast Ohio and have one rental property. My experience is limited but my wife and I are eager to learn. Where do we begin? What audiobooks or webinar would you recommend? Any focus groups?
