I would also make sure that each unit is metered separately so the tenants will be responsible for there own utility bills. Usually water isn't separate so expect to cover water and sewer.

Hi fellow BP Members.  My name is Louis Bratton and I am new to BP and just wanted to introduce myself.  I live in Cary NC and I bought my first investment property in 2008.  I am primarily a buy and hold investor but I am very interested in wholesaling, and rehabbing.  I am looking forward to meeting and linking up with BP members in the area.
