Hello everyone!

My name is L'Oreal Smith and I live in Dallas, Texas and I am a rookie in the rehab/flipping world! I have had a strong passion and interest in real estate for about 8 years now and I'm to the point in my life where I'm ready to step out on faith and get involved in something I have a passion and interest in. For those who live in Dallas (I'm in the Oak Cliff area) but what I want to begin my journey out by not only reading and gaining more knowledge on flipping but I really want to hook up with someone (a professional) that I can watch and shadow with while they do a flip.  I don't have any money at all but I see that different loan options are available and I can find (OPM) to invest with so I want to gain knowledge, confidence, connections and experience before I go asking for someone else's money.
