I’m not there yet!:). Good for you though… something to aspire to! Thanks for the input.

Quote from @Jeff Paterson:

I'm in Appfolio and unlikely to move elsewhere anytime soon. However, Appfolio's price structure only really works for portfolios of 75+ units, with 175-225 being the value sweet-spot.

I much prefer the non online version of QB but I use both.  I was just wondering if there’s an all in one option that works better… so the bookings are attached to the accounting from the get go.

Thanks!  I don’t have any doors yet, I’m getting ready to invest. I would like to have my system set up before I get into having my first one. I’m pretty proficient at QuickBooks and have used it for about a decade. I just didn’t know if there was an all in one software that  did bookings and bookkeeping altogether? Thanks for the help by the way!

Quote from @Simon W.:

How many units do you have?

Do you have accounting background?

There are plenty of platforms.

I recently changed my platform to Buildium due to my financial and accounting background it works for me and to help my clients.

The other platform I use is AppFolio.

What is the best software to track my STR's and do you have accounting software recommendations?
