OK y'all I've got our business license registered through Legal zoom, I'm scared to death not knowing what my next step is to becoming a real estate investor. I need a gentle push in the right direction on what's next to start making this all happen? Any strong advice from investors that are already out there doing this.

I was wondering how a lot of you went about registering your business name so you could start buying & selling properties?

My names is Lorie Gravitt I've been a mobile home park property manager for over 20 years, my husband & I have worked  buying, rehabbing, selling mobile homes & renting vacant lots for other company's & we're really tired of making money for other people knowing that we have the experience & knowledge to own our own business & be as successful as we have been for other property owners. I think we just need a coach to help us move in the right direction for finding lenders to finance the property we intend on selling. I would appreciate any feedback on the process to get things going to get out of working for other property owners.
