Well thank you JW. I bill up front but I do prorate for homes that sell quickly after 1 month. My last Staging, just this month, Sold in 8 days for an Investor/Flipper and he was pretty jazzed! I would be happy to talk with your client about how I can help them. I can do as little or as much as they need and I do have references that they can talk to if needed.

I am in the Roseville, Granite Bay, Sacramento area and can help get you Top Dollar for your listings. Not in the Sacto area? Not a problem, I can refer you to any Accredited Staging Professional near you.
