I don't expect section 8 to do any more than they are already doing financially. But I do expect them to notify her as to the rules she is expected to follow.

It has been several months that we have been trying to get in touch with section 8 regarding this person not paying most of her monthly rent. At first, we did not know the name of her case worker and sent letters to the office and tried calling (no one ever answers the phone). About four months ago we learned the name of her case worker and have left her voice mails, emails and letters. She will not respond at all. This is Allegheny County, Pa. What is our recourse? Any suggestions on what we can do?

A county in PA that deals with our section 8 will not respond to our letters, voice mails or emails regarding a tenant who will not pay her rent.

I just found out that Section 8 is cutting her off as she missed 2 re-evaluation meetings. I don't know if this is good news of bad news. I also understand from the property manager that she has wrecked the apartment.
