I have one paid off property and one that I owe 20000 on I want to pay the 20k off and then have two paid off property and then what would be my best strategy after that?

Hello good evening I have worked hard all my life and I ended up with five properties three of them are investment properties one is my home the last one is my mom home .

I would like to leverage the properties to possibly buy more. Most of the properties have a very small mortgage on them I own more than the bank.
