@Shannon Park

Hi Shannon,

I am from the Bay Area as well but just moved out to the San Antonio area with my family to focus on multifamily investing. Like you I was interested in investing out of state and I landed in San Antonio and I am very happy I did. Deals are harder to come by that make sense but it’s definitely possible and on top of that you will be able to enjoy the appreciation as well. I don’t see the San Antonio market slowing down anytime soon. I would love you talk more and please let me know if you have any questions.

Ground up development seems to be a good strategy now as well. I almost finished with my first new home build. It was pretty challenging, but the end result should be pretty profitable.

Hi Joe,

 I am glad to hear that some of your clients are still able to buy and cashflow a bit with multifamily properties, even if a little. I am hearing that it is very tough to do right now with the pricing of deals on the market and the demand... Hoping to pick up a duplex or Triplex within the next year myself and make the move out.. would be happy with any kind of cash flow, especially with the way appreciation is going!

Hi Nathaniel,
I was in your same boat a few years back. I started out with a triplex in the Castle Hills area and since then have picked up 3 other properties and have 20 units currently. I actually just made the move from California to the San Antonio area to focus on investment multifamily properties and we couldn’t be happier. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can be of any assistance.

@Ron Quam

Hi Ron,

Like yourself I started out investing in SA while I was out of state, living in California but I moved out to the San Antonio area and have been investing here for the past 3-4 years. Let me know if you have any questions.
