Do your due diligence on the property. Find a RE agent that can break down the CMA in that area and get pictures of the property. My concern is the OF with repairs $30K with down payment of $5K down, find out what kind of neighborhood it is and check the crime area. Since you're in Florida. It's best to see if you can find someone in Texas to see the house, do a walk-through and look at the repairs and figure out your cost of repairs.

Hi there,

I can't remember how I used to get the survey from the County's website. If you can refresh my memory. I go to the CAD website to get the survey of the land right? The only downside of that, I don't know the geographic ID or area. I know the address. Any advice would be helpful.
