Thanx Elizabeth C. I have a lot to learn but my plan is to get my first property next year. This year I'm focus on getting my finances together and learning as much as I can.

Hi, my name is Lori and I am new to BP. I've learn a lot from reading the forums. I still have a lot to learn. I'm interesting in multi family homes. I would like to live in one of the units and rent the other units out. My question is who pays the utilities? Is there a website for the each state that explains how that works?
