Hi every one,

My name is Lope. My wife & I are Real Estate Investor.  We from San Jose, California. We heard a lot of good things about BiggerPockets thru our friend Ramsey.  We are interested in Lease Option, Buy and Hold for rental, and Rehab.  We are also looking to invest out side of California.
