Can Someone Copy the link About Seasoning and Waiting Period? Which describe the kind of questions ask to the lenders. I try find it but I am  unable to find it again. I though I had follow the the discussion. TIA.

Any recommendation for Property Tax, Multiple Business, small investment with W-2 income within Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Yolo County? A CPA that knows Tax Strategist, Real Estates Law and etc. I am looking to expand my portfolio.

This is a great way to get started. If you plan to flip it you should live in it for two years so you don’t have to pay taxes on the profit. If you plan to rent it you can move out after the first year and then refinance.

I read somewhere that it need to be 5 to 8 years is that for investment property or First House? It change after 2018. I might be wrong.
