I would also like to see if I am staring in the right path, I have started to look for buyers from various adds in the paper and things, does anyone have a better way to find cash buyers? I am learning fast in the game that a lot of the will buy houses signs that are in the paper go through a bank. Do I want to use them? How will a middle man benefit me from making the deals when it comes to negotiating? I understand that I need certain people on my team as well, I am in the process of contacting a lawyer that can assist me as well as finding an appraiser, realtor, etc. Any suggestions on how I should go about doing this? Many, I have so many questions, I think I better get these answered first before I go on.
