Do you think my Realtor would know about REI Clubs. Would they be a good source locally for anyone in any area? I know there are Realtors out
there that view if you could help out...

I have tried that one as a matter of fact and they only list 5 for New York State!?! It's not just that site either Mike, its like that on many sites. I know there are many more REI CLubs in NY right?!

Was wondering if anyone knows the best site, or way to find an REI Club in your area. Did a google search, and only found 2 in my area (Western New York), and cannot get ahold of either contact person. A good site or resource would be greatly appreciated. Happy Investing all.

I was wondering if anyone had some advice...

I'm looking at my first perspective rehab with the REO's realtor. Any pointers one would give to a newbie in this situation? What to bring, what to say/ask, what to look for (besides the obvious)? What or will the Realtor expect anything from me?
