Justin what do you think of flipping in those areas instead of buying and holding?

Thanks to all that responded to my blog I appreciate all the support.

Justin I am looking to buy real estate in the Stoneham and Reading area of Massachusetts, but I'm also to open to other areas of mass where I can get some great deals.

I bought a home in Massachusetts two years ago and I'm doing 100% renovation I added square footage third bedroom third bath and family room.

I'll be finished with the project this spring I will have between 250 and 300,000 in equity.

Looking for advice how to move forward with buying and holding should I use my equity?

Thanks

Dan
