If it were me and my lungs, I wouldn't get anywhere near asbestos.
Of course, the main concern is ... is it friable?

Maybe there's (possibly) another way... is this property an opportunity to do a ceiling treatment of some sort? Either beadboard or a tray type ceiling.

Todd P. Thanks! In fact, I've done a lot of research on HAR as we prepare to buy our own. I've driven many of the masterplan communities and smaller neighborhoods. I live in the Pearland area. Thanks for your suggestions re Wholesaling. I am very interested in the RICH and LU clubs.
