@Mike Thompson, I did email Anthony, but never heard from him. I wrongly assumed that I would find a REI group here. I know Atlanta has one, but I would not be able to meet them in person. I just thought there would be some support. The FB groups are not updated. I spent this week watching a good course on real estate investing, Women's Real Estate Investing Network, but there really is no one to ask questions. I understand the basics, stuck on finance issues. I like the idea of assuming payments, but have questions about that. I will figure it out. Thanks for trying to help. My real estate agent, has set me up on email drips and will find the owners if I find distressed properties so there is some help there. Hope you have a nice Christmas.
