I also have this question. What if I find my first property in a different area that I can't necessarily go to?

any advice will be appreciated.

Hello everyone, very excited to be part of this great community of investors and others in real estate. I have been inactive, trying to make up my mind if real estate investing was for me. I finally decided to take the plunge after several years of deliberation as to whether to answer the real estate investing call or not.

hello everyone, I am new to real estate investing. I am glad to be a part of Biggerpockets. I am graduate student, a mother and wife looking to survive. I've been thinking about real estate investing but have no idea how to go about it. I don't currently have any real savings for down payments. I hope to invest in multi-family homes. Wondering how possible it will be and what kind of investment I will need to start with.
