Has anyone purchased using the seller financing purchase strategy? I’m having a hard time grasping the concept. Can someone explain to me using an example so I can see how your monthly payments differ from what they would be if you purchased conventionally?

A few quick question for seasoned investors:

1. When you do a brrr and you don’t have the full capital to finance the deal, is hardmoney lending your best option?

2. who are some good hard money lenders that work in the Georgia market?

3. To refinance out of a hardmoney loan, are there institutions that will refinance out earlier than 6 months if the arv is in the 50k range?

What are the laws regarding snow removal in Massachusetts- specifically chicopee. I always shovel the front side walk and stairs to create a way of entering and exiting. I also have a driveway and parking lot which I only shovel if there is a storm. Is there a specific height of snow that we are mandated to remove? Are there rules about having to shovel the drive way and parking lot for the tenants. I made no mention in my current leases.
