Hello BP community. I am exploring different options for sending out mailers. Does anyone have some input about the best company to utilize (e.g. Yellowletter.com)? Also, how much should I expect per letter? What is the most effective way to upload a list from the assessor/treasurer?

Any advice greatly appreciated!

@Adrien C. - I am just getting started with mailers and 'driving for dollars.' Currently, I'm trying to navigate through communication with the tax assessor and treasury offices. Do you have any helpful hints for finding off market deals at a wholesale price?

Does anyone have input as to what is the most efficient way to build a qualified cash buyers list? I currently have under 100 and would like to grow it in the near term.

I am leveraging the help of realtors as well as utilizing a few different marketing channels.

Looking forward to the feedback.

Cheers,

Logan

All - I hope everyone has had a pleasant 2015 thus far. As a wholesaler doing business in Reno/Tahoe, Las Vegas and Sacramento, I would like to introduce myself to the community and request that members take a look at my profile and reach out to me directly with any questions.

I am in the process of building a team and am excited to begin making connections and learning about such a dynamic industry.

Cheers!
