If you are just getting started in real estate investing and you don't have enough money to invest. Should you wait and save or should you invest in crowdfunding platforms like PeerStreet?

Hello everyone,

This past June I graduated from High School and now I'm working as a Summer Intern at my local DPW (Department of Public Works) and after this summer the plan was for me to attend a four-year private university for Marketing and Finance after the four years I would have around 60k in student loans, but recently I was informed I could work for my local DPW full time and make around 55k a year at the age of 19 but I'd be losing the Marking and Finance, classes. What do you think I should do?

Hello guys,

I hoping to get some of your opinions on buying durn the recession since I due planning on buying my first small multi family unit using the house hacking method in early 2020 and well durn the 2008 recession I was only 8 years old.

Option A)
Wait for the recession to pass and allow myself to save up more money to put a bigger down payment on next property and further education and read books such as "Recession-proof Real Estate Investing" by J. Scott

Option B)

Put only 3.5% down using a FHA loan. ( Credit Score would qualify)

Option C)
Put down a 15-20% down payment on the property.

Hello guys,

I'm currently 18 years old and was planning on buying my first multi family property using the house hacking method in the Spring of 2020 so I'll be 19 at the time of purchase. My only concern is finding tenants who will be okay with there landlord being 19. So my question is should I use a parent as figure head?
