I would definitely recommend getting written confirmation (letter, text or email) from the other sister that she will be moving out. Do you have proof that the sister who is staying can afford the rent alone? I'd also get confirmation that the one sister will be living there alone or else will someone else be moving in, and have them go through the screening process.

Asking questions in a friendly way is always in your and your investment's best interest.

Hi @Melissa S Vrobel, sorry your tenants had issues getting setup! Automatic payments are definitely available. Reach out to the support team and they'll be happy to assist.

Hi Waleep, we don't currently integrate with anyone else. Which software are you looking to be integrated with?

I'm comparing using QuickBooks with the likes of using the expense tracking tools in Cozy, TenantCloud, or Stessa or even Mint. QuickBooks feels like it isn't really designed for rental properties specifically so what makes it better than these other tools?

Quickbooks seems to be a very popular tool for tracking income and expenses, however, before I commit to Quickbooks... in your opinion, what is the biggest disadvantage of using QuickBooks for rental properties?
