@Ryan Ingram if it were solely up to me I’d get into a couple houses that I could by for $10k ea but my wife doesn’t want that haha.

@Ricardo Gomez thank you for the reply.

What makes me nervous about going thru a bank is that the fees, interest, and other costs are so high.

I had a house lined up that would have been a small profit with a lot of work but still a great house, but I couldn’t do it bc there were about $13000 worth of bank costs.

So excited to get into real estate and the opportunities flipping/renting. Our market isn’t extremely lucrative or high end but the houses are CHEAP!

Our LLC is official and we are ready for business but the main issue is... well, everyone's issue, MONEY.

We have $20k we are willing to invest into a property.

If you had $20k and $20k only what would you do?
