Hello, I am a student in Colorado

I am trying to get into wholesaling and am in the middle of getting a property under contract.

Does anyone know of title companies that work well with wholesalers In that area?

Any info would be greatly appreciated, and if you are an investor in that area I'd love to work with you.

Hello, I am just wondering if any of you have started doing Facebook ads or want to start doing Facebook ads for wholesaling, and if you have found it to be effective/ what you think about using Facebook ads?

Great post, it sounds like you ran into a scammer that was preying on people who don't do their due diligence. It could be that they are just inept, but if you know for a fact that someone is scamming, give their name to other investors in you're area so that there are less people ruinging the reputation of wholesalers

Massachusetts wholesalers, where do you get your tax delinquency, foreclosure, and other lists. I have heard that they are kept on the county level, but I have also heard they are kept on the town/city level.

Hello, I have been looking for real people that want to invest in real estate by partnering with others and only bringing the money. Unfortunately Facebook groups and such have not been working. does anyone know how I can find these people? If so, help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hello everyone, I'm in a dilemma. I recently got a job with a real estate investor. My job is to find real people to partner with him on deals and put up the money. He doesn't want a lender, he wants a partner. I'm not sure why, maybe he just likes helping average people do real estate. Whatever the reason is, I have found it to be pretty difficult to find people that meet these criteria. Do any of you know the best way to find someone who is: A) not an official lender, but an average person looking to grow their wealth. and B) has the means to buy real estate whether with their money or credit.

Thank you all for your time and help, have a great day!
