hi, I live in Fort Collins and was wondering if there are any meet ups or seminars covering re investing (primarily wholesaling, buy and hold, flipping, and loan options) in Fort Collins (1st choice) or nearby (Denver).  I have a thirst for knowledge and talking with other re investors seems to be the best resource next to reading and bp.

Fantastic! We are in the same boat however you sound a little ahead of me. I have bought a house and fixed it while living in it but have not sold it. And have roommates do have some experience with the landlord side. I am spending a lot of time researching and reading right now and an getting ready to start making things happen. Let me know if you want to me up and chat. I also live in Fort Collins about 1.2 miles w of old town. Congrats on the first flip!

thanks for the info mark and Ben.  Unfortunately, weekdays are challenging for me this time of year because I am usually traveling for part of the week for work.  But if I am ever around, I will be sure to come down.

hi, I was wondering if anyone would like to set up a meet up in Fort Collins, Colorado to go over potential re ideas.  I am new to the game, very ambitious, and am contemplating where to focus my time (wholesale, rent and hold).  I was wondering if anyone is interested or had any ideas of where I can meet new and experienced re investors to team up on how to tackle this complex and exciting business opportunity.
