@McKenzie Peterson No luck so far. I currently work as a chemist and my company but I’m hired on through a recruiting agency (Kelly Services). Lenders see this as I have a temp position, and therefore I’m having trouble with financing. So I’ve shifted my focus more on owner financing deals, but I’m still on the hunt!

Chad Carson just gave a seminar at my local REIA in Greenville, SC. Great guy and very inspiring to listen to! I look forward to reading the book myself!

Hey all, 

I'm a newbie from the Greenville area, looking for a real estate attorney in the area, preferably one that owns rental properties himself/herself. Just trying to start my career with a solid foundation, and develop a long (and hopefully successful relationship).
