Hello Bigger Pockets community! My name is Logan Joseph I'm from Delaware but currently moving to Virginia beach.I work full time in the Hampton Roads Area on a tug boat. My schedule is a little different from most jobs working a 2 week on 2 week off basis. Looking to get my RE License and work part time in the industry. Please feel free to give me any advice on this new path. I'm sure i will have many questions on the way.
