Thank you Lawrence,

I have contacted a lender and got pre approved for a loan that’s not the biggest but now I know my numbers and meeting with him to discuss ways to grow the loan amount

what if there’s not a lot of options using multifamily houses in my area. Should I keep searching or try my luck with single family houses

Hi everyone,

I have never purchased a small multifamily home ( to be honest ever purchased a house either) im 25 and want to get into real estate to be financially free. i Decided i want to use my first real estate purchase on small Multifamily homes and house hack in them. The problem is there is not a lot  of inventory ( small multifamily homes) in my area. im looking for advice on what measures i should take to take the leap if i don't have anything t work with.

Thanks

Hey everyone,

My name is Logan Green I am 25 years old  and currently work in the restaurant business. I always wanted more in life to be financially free and give myself an early retirement so I can actually enjoy life to the fullest. I have read a ton of the bigger pockets real-estate books and I want to take the dive into real estate.

I'm not sure where to begin when it comes to actually taking action and I am looking for a mentor to teach me. I want to be all in so i can better my life.

Thank you for your time in reading this, I hope to hear back from many of you on advice and potentially finding a mentor.
