I only have one property at the moment and the guy we used for taxes last year was the tax guy in my home town...not a real estate specialist. So after 2 calls with the IRS, he did pay all fees but I am looking for someone else. I live just outside of Fargo ND. Any recommendations?

I know it's not a one size fits all type questions but I'm curious on how you guys keep track of all your expenses and mileage? I do have a partner that needs access to it as well.

Hello BP friends! Brand new investor! Just closed on our first property yesterday! Very excited and anxious at the same time! I'm looking for any advice on what techniques or aps you guys use to keep track of rehab expenses, milage, etc. Much obliged!!
