Hello BP. If my mother's house goes into foreclosure will the bank allow me to purchase the property? Complicated family issues is the reason I have not purchased it already. I have financing in place. The 2 family home can be converted into a 3-family. The numbers look great and I am ready to move on it.

it went well @eric dufault. I saw two properties in W. Yarmouth. The original person who I sent the letter to is the one with a reverse mortgage and she is gonna check and see how much her pay off is. Her next door neighbor happened to see my letter and wanted to see if we could buy her property as well because she is tired if being a landlord. I am negotiating with her on price right now.

Hello BP. I have a question in regards to reverse mortgages. What are they? How does it work? I am going to see a property to wholesale tomorrow on the Cape where the homeowner has a reverse mortgage that she is behind on her payments since her husband dies. Do I approach this potential deal any differently?

Thank you all for your input. My CPA meant he can do the paperwork to set up my LLC for $200. I am aware I will need to pay the $520 to the state. I plan on using the LLC to do flips and some wholesaling. Eventually I want to buy and hold commercial apartments, five or more units. So the bottom line is I need to consult with a tax attorney as well?

Hello

I am trying to set up my LLC here in Massachusetts. I spoke with my tax preparer who stated he could set up my LLC for $200. I was going to buy Al Aiello's Mastermind where he would teach me how to set up my LLC for me with forms in the mail. He would make it so it would be harder for me or my company to be sued. Should I do this through Al or just have my CPA do it for me?

Hello BP. My name is Lloyd, I am a newbie from the Boston area. I am also new to Bigger Pockets. This is an awesome website with a lot of free and helpful information. I am focusing on buying and flipping at this time, with the goal of becoming a commercial real estate owner. After listening to Podcast 33, I became overwhelmed with inspiration and the mindset of "I can do this." During the podcast, the investor Sam, stated that as part of his marketing plan he uses a company that generates leads for his direct mailing campaign. These companies have the ability to provide the investor with the addresses of absentee landlords or owners with large amounts of equity in there homes etc. I was hoping someone could provide me the contact information of a few of these companies?

Sorry for the long winded question but I want to be clear and concise.
