Thank you Mehran for the advice, thus far I have began reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and next is The Skinny on Real Estate Investing: An Introduction to the Subject by Jim Randel. Any advice for future materials?

Hello everyone at BiggerPockets.com. I am finishing college within the next year and ready to open a new chapter in my life. With a degree in cultural anthropology I am most likely destined to a life of retail management unless I can really turn this dream into a reality.
