I just need some advice from bp members want to ask some questions, my name is rosendo and investing in buy and hold in Lexington ky area I stop working right now because I got disabled i have problems with my legs probably in 6 months or more I will be receiving my social security disability and my rental income is not enough. I have 7 properties, 6 of them are converted to rental and 4 of the 6 are in 1031 exchange I have probably around 400k equity more or less on all of them but my problem is cash flow since I don't have work I don't have enough money for expenses, I have around 130k on my 401k, but I cannot borrow right now because I still have existing loans which I used in buying one of my property I tried to refinance one of my house from bank but they said I'm still risky since I don't make much profit on my rental income don't have work income and have a lot of mortgage loans they want me to wait until I get my disability pay but I don't want to waste time. I already have my llc business bank account set up and all income and expenses goes there and have property managers on all of them but all of the properties are still in our personal names we don't use llc to borrow money because the credit wasn't established and selling houses will give me tax consequences. I'm thinking of muti family, right now i quit being a manager of llc but Im still a member and making all the decision. Because my wife and my daughter don't have enough knowledge in real estate and I can't do active work because I'm on disability. I'm willing to invest anywhere in the US as long somebody will manage for me or any other options that has better cash flow I need some advice and I need help or we can help each other. If you or investors or lenders wants to call and if I can't answer the call just leave message and I'll call back because I tried to avoid unsolicited calls most of them are spam I hope things will work out, thanks and God bless

if i will sell my rental property for 500k and i  have a loan balance of 335k so i have an equity of more or less 130k net but i have already 4 rental properties is there any bank that can finance 4 more properties for the exchange? since i only have 140k to fund 500k+ value properties and values of properties in my area is only around 100k to 160k
