@Jay Hinrichs Anyone can post a blog post here on BP. I don't believe there is necessarily a approval process. Typical blog post will run about 700-1000 words or so. All you do is go to your BP dashboard and the top header has options such as Profile Options, Network then Blog. Drop down menu has write a new post.

@Justin Cooper While there are deals to be had at our local auctions, the competition is pretty fierce out here and demand is high. Not to say it's impossible to score a good deal but you have to be on your "A" game.
