@Arianne L. Awesome, inspiring story! God is good! I’m just getting to know the RE World after a conversation with a friend in Seattle who told me about wholesaling. Aside from educating myself as much as possible any other recommendations ?

@Marc Salloum hi Marc and Bri - I am brand new to this world and very interested in learning as much as I can as quickly as possible. I am a very hard worker I have a lot of flexibility in being able to scout properties (I work from home and travel btw SoCal and Bay Area as well as up to Lake Tahoe, Utah and the PacifIc NW ). Aside from reading, have either of you ever had anyone offer to be a mentor in exchange for learning the process ?

Hi! I’m Lizzie, I live in the Bay Area and am sipping my toes into the real estate investing world - I have a friend in Seattle who is a successful wholesaler and suggested I look into it. I travel extensively through out CA, the PacNw, Utah and the DC metro area and am excited to learn as much as possible! The BP community is so amazing and I am already learning so much from your posts!
