No responses? At all... lol I am not afraid to speak up 😁   First thing I see is you have a jewel. Both in inventory, density is good, these are the developments I look for. as they offer the most opportunity and do the most good for all. (Proves my price point) I would definitely be interested in looking at the zoning, incentives, and the needs for your area.  I am unclear why you would have it for 50years. Is that a stipulation for an incentive?   my renewable energy supplier is there, my program is a social impact community investment product. I build affordable healthy communities with shipping containers. They are resilient, LEED, skilled  labor apprenticeships and % of my profits go toward research, care and holistic wellness for opiate addicted pregnant women and their children in an off grid residential center/transformational community. If this is interesting you, please contact me to discuss the details.

Many Blessings!

I agree. So much fun and when done right, an opportunity becomes a blessing for one party and the legacy of another. Digging deeper, going farther to understand this process is never waisted time.

I am surprised as well...an entirely new investment avenue is asking to be created opening opportunities never realized before and with brand new investors...  serves as a much safer investment, guaranteed return, and supports sustainable and community growth...

I am interested in forming partnerships with investment advisors familiar and currently managing social impact funds for communities. I would like to create an avenue for my investors to support projects improving their community.

I live in Florida where Park Model Communities are everywhere catering to Snowbirds.  I am looking for a Financing Partner that can offer loans to the Owners for Homes, the transport, set up, and other park needs. Many are being revitalized and others replacing units destroyed by hurricanes.  I work with the dealer of the homes and my current financing is not covering the needs of any park that rents units requiring a lease or homes affixed to the foundation permanently.  Can anyone provide some feedback and suggestions for companies that can provide those funds?

Thank you!

Thank you for the information, Michael, I really appreciate that. It sounds like your VA is excellent and I'm sure, after working with you, she is quite skilled in this area. I think I would be a fool not to accept your offer... I will, certainly, look further into Upwork's talent, as well. You may contact me at your leisure. Thank you again!

What is the best source & fair wage for Virtual Assistants to help with property reasearch, sm landing pages, and compiling databases.  Does anyone have suggestions or opinions on VAs?

Thank you!
