Hello! My husband and I are American ex-pats living in the Middle East and are ready to diversify our investments into real estate in the US. We've never owned a property in the US since we left the country fresh out of university. It's been a few years, and we are ready to buy an investment property. However, we are a bit nervous about the distance and would like some advice on getting started. Is there such a thing as being too far when it comes to long-distance real estate investing? Would anyone who has been through a similar experience be willing to share some helpful advice?

Thanks!

Liz
