Thanks for the information! I'll definitely check them out. Initially we will need to use part of the loan for a primary residence but I understand that you can potentially use the VA loan more than once to a certain point (with some restrictions of course).

We are near Fort Bragg, NC.

@Angie Shires Thanks- I’ve been listening to the podcasts for a while now but definitely would like to supplement that with articles/books. We’re in NC. Also pretty limited to location due to his work so that’s going to be an interesting hurdle.

My Fiancé and I are total newbies to real estate investing. We’re looking to make our first purchase in 2020 or 2021.

Where can I go to learn the terminology so I can make more sense of the articles I read?

Also- Any book recommendations???
