Hi Takleberry,

I feel the same way! I'm a Broker Associate in Pasco county FL & a sales associate (inactive) in Phoenix AZ and have run into the same situations. I've found some helpful information just by networking with my own associations... agents came from other area's and have "insider knowledge of agents" from where they came from.

If I hear of any website that can help us out, I'll gladly forward that onto you.

Lucy,

I'm a Realtor and after reading everything you have experienced...I'm mortified! I got into this business for reasons such as yours 5 yrs ago, and have been going strong ever since.

What State are you in? I may know of someone that can actually help you, not frustrate you, and be sure... If I don't know someone personally, I don't recommend them!

Hello all,

I'm looking for feedback in the Houston market. Is it getting ready to boom or flatten out? Any feedback would be great! :D

Great answer Prohabber!

Another option is to have a real estate agent rent it out for you. They will do this for a nominal fee, that is far less than using a property manager, and you don't have to worry about signing a long-term contract... when it's rented... it's over!

Thanks Ty! Every little bit of info can always help!

Hello everyone,

I've been reading a lot about foreclosures.com and am looking into purchasing some of their products...6 steps to mastering foreclosures & the sharkbait system. Has anyone heard if these products are good or not? I've also been wondering if their foreclosures site is upto date in AZ or not? Having difficulty locating any concrete info..

Just to give a little more info... My husband & I have been investors in FL for 1.5yrs, but are moving back to AZ (Phoenix) this summer... the research on companies begins once again...

Hello all! This is a great website! I've been a realtor for 5yrs now between AZ & FL and been an investor for about a 1.5yrs with my husband in Florida. We've closed about 6 deals, but are moving back to AZ this summer to start investing there.

I have a few questions in regards to software & websites, but am not really sure where would be the best thread to put the questions? Any ideas?

Thanks!
